While Sir Ramrod and some squadmembers were at the base of Hamburger Hill, me and Sir Snatch separated ways with London-Surrey Squads in searching the Intel Officer(Sir Vasily). London-Surrey Squads turned to 2 o'clock direction while me and Sir Snatch turned to 10 o'clock direction. After 15-20metres with no signs of any troop movements nor the presence of the Intel officer, we turned to 1 o'clock direction..every now and then we were pausing and observing the area.. I was enjoying such wonder of nature..imagine few months ago, such place surely was gloomy drab brown..no leaves..just baldy trees..no shrubs just twigs..But now..the place is lush vegetation..such thick foliage abound infront of us..it seems we were lost in a virgin forest.. I was then huffing and puffing(hmmm..an early sign of old age maybe..haha..).. suddenly at 1-2 o'clock direction we noticed some troop movement at 30metres ahead of us... I went slowly forward in a semi-crouch position ..keeping some distance from Sir Snatch..hmmm...8metres away from him. I was then now on his 9 o'clock position. I started to count their numbers... 2.... 3....4 unidentified troops..Big Squad!!. From such distance, I could then identify their Team. ____armband! I was confident that we would surely get some kills and maybe bog them down on their current place because we got the element of surprise. We then waited until we got the effective killing distance....28metres in estimation..27..26....25..... I was then a bit worried that sooner or later our positions will be discovered. 24metres... on a semi-crouch position and hiding behind a medium-size tree I then turned my selector switch to Auto..

..continuation.
As the OpFors getting nearer at around 20metres..pointing my gunsight to the nearest OpFor.. I squeezed the trigger of my TM G36(with TM SR16 stock inner barrel).... 2 shortbursts then 1 long burst.. I got my 1st kill without any resistance. 3 OpFors were then looking for the point of origin of the gunfire. I fired again in a long burst..hitting again another OpFor. Sir Snatch then joined in... firing his TM G36(longer inner barrel..503+mm), he also got 2 OpFors. In a matter of 15 seconds, 4 OpFors who might be the advancing party of bigger Squad got hit without firing back. This time I was so sure that our position was already compromised. I then moved to 10-11 o'clock direction while Sir Snatch positioned himself at 7 o'clock from my direction, 6metres away from me. I didn't bother now to see Sir Snatch for his firing position. I was in prone position covering myself against a leaning medium size tree. From my view, I could see another group of OpFors from a distance of 25metres at 11 o'clock from my direction. This time, they were around 5-6 OpFors. Slowly they were moving forward, "leap-frogging" from tree to tree..and at the same searching for our current positions. Getting nearer.. I was already squeezing the pressure switch of my auto-loading boxmag..making sure my G36 getting feed fully with bbs. I was sure, from a distance of 22 metres, they still could'nt determine our exact positions. In a matter of 30 seconds of their maneouvring forward, they covered 5 metres. Around 20metres, I was already worried that they might have already seen our positions, I then fired 3 short-bursts to the nearest OpFor who was about to leave from his cover(tree). Got another kill. Another OpFor who was about to leave his cover(tree) was fired upon by me in a short-burts. My bbs probably missed my intended target. The said OpFor just went for cover(tree).

By now, 3 more OpFors started to move forward going to 1 o'clock from my position. I didn't leave the no.1 target on my sight..I said to myself - "You're deadmeat, man!...soon!" Simultaneously squeezing the pressure switch to autoload some more bbs to my G36. At that very moment, Sir Snatch sprayed his G36 in a long burst.. 1 OpFor, who was then moving from our extreme righthand side, received the fury of his gun. He shouted hit and at the same time raised up his left hand. I was a bit relieved that my rear flank was covered by Sir Snatch. Just as the deadman walked out, my no.1 target(nearest to our position)started to move under covering fire by his comrades. Bbs flew all over the place over our heads. Whew!!! Some bbs were quite intimidating as they whizzed through the twigs and young nettles nearby at my lefthand side. My gunsight is now trained to the right arm of the nearest OpFor exposed as a good target. He's just 18metres approximately. I fired 2 long bursts without effect. It seems my bbs are not finding its way to my intended target! D_ _mn!!! Well, it might me that my eyes are playing up, or the bbs got its way to the twigs which served as barrier and slight cover of the said OpFor. I couldn't believed that my gun is playing tricks on me. Yes, it might be, after all this gun has already served me well for more than a year now. But it performed well earlier..well..I thought to myself that I just have to fire and fire and hopefully somebody would get hit. All these thoughts ran through my mind in a matter of milliseconds while I was covering against my bestfriend tree as bbs rain through horizontally. After 4-5 seconds, the enemy fire stopped and I was about to fire back..Suddenly, somebody shouted "SURRENDER!?" "SURRENDER!?" at the rear flank.. What??!! Why are you surrendering Sir Snatch? You coward!!! Why are you going to give up this fight so easily? That queries were then running over my mind in a matter of 3 seconds while my brain was still in a receptive mode and deciphering the voice of the person who was shouting "SURRENDER?!" Hmmm..that's strange, that's not Sir Snatch's voice. I just then realised that Sir Snatch started to raised up his hands in the air and shouted "SURRENDER!!"in a different tone and at the same time started to walk past through of my 4 o'clock. It was not him who shouted "SURRENDER" earlier. D_ mn!! An OpFor was able to infiltrate our rear flank and was able to force us to surrender. He has given me the option to fire or surrender. He didn't even try to shoot our backs. From there, in a matter of 6 seconds after he shouted-"SURRENDER?!" to us for several times. Shooting him is futile and I decided that surrender is the best option. I raised my hands and started to get up while shouting "HIT!".."HIT!".."HIT!"...and walked out my way to the base for "Regen". That situation gained my admiration for the said OpFor's chivalrous act and great patience in outflanking us, the ambushers. I was not able to approach him and have a chat with him for his good maneouvring. Everything just went quick. He started to immerse with his squad while I did a doubletime just to catch up with Sir Snatch who was already 5metres ahead of me going to our base at Hamburger Hill. I forgot to check his identity or who he is. But I raised my hand for a salute for a job well done, sir.
